I’m a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and I’ve been helping people lose weight and improve their health since 2005. My philosophy is simple: food first - real, enjoyable eating that fits into real life, without sacrificing joy along the way. Through my private practice, I counsel clients virtually across the country, supporting them with practical, science-based strategies that lead to lasting change.
