"The future is not something we wait for, it's something we create"

My Philosophy

Long-term sustainability is the key to success.  Being able to live your life, be social, enjoy your food - all while meeting your goals - this is my fundamental approach.  At NatNutrition by Natalie Eatedali, I believe that in order to be successful for the long-run, you have to be happy with your approach to eating and nutrition.  Food needs to taste good and you need to be able to live your life without making drastic changes that affect your well-being.  Anything is do-able in the short-term, but if it's too extreme, and not enjoyable, it won't be sustained.

Food first - this is my credo.  I do not promote, endorse, or support the use of supplements, powders, shakes, or meal replacement bars.  I whole-heartedly believe that nutrition goals can be achieved by eating real food.  This includes being social, dining out, and traveling.

Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, disease treatment or prevention, or overall wellness, each client is individually evaluated by a professional Dietitian-Nutritionist and provided with a comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.  There are no short-term solutions here, the goal is an eating plan for the long-term.

Counseling can be provided by connecting virtually, anywhere.

NATALIE EATEDALI
MS, RDN, LD

Natalie Eatedali is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.  She has been a practicing dietitian since 2005. Natalie started her career working as a clinical dietitian in some of NYC's leading medical institutions, including Albert Einstein Medical Center, Beth Israel Medical Center, and Mount Sinai Hospital. It was during that time that she also began to work one-on-one with private clients to help them achieve their individual nutrition goals.  Natalie has worked for a well-known private practice in Manhattan before going out on her own.

After working and living in New York for all of her life, Natalie relocated to Los Angeles where she continued her clinical work focusing on pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, as well as her private practice. During this time, Natalie successfully passed the CNSC exam, certifying her as a nutrition support clinician, working with tube feeding and intravenous nutrition support. Natalie believes that it is her strong background in clinical nutrition therapy that makes her so successful with her private clients and gives her the ability to understand the science and physiology behind what really works (and what doesn’t) and why.

Natalie is a firm believer that in order to be successful, a person needs to be able to live their life, while also achieving and maintaining nutrition goals; this includes being able to dine out, drink cocktails, travel, and be social.  "Food First" is a principal she practices and preaches; shakes, powders, and bars are not what leads to sustainable weight loss and wellness -- rather, food is. She practices what she preaches and loves helping her clients do the same.

In August of 2013, Natalie and her family relocated back to the East Coast where she has continued to counsel clients all over the country in her private practice.

Natalie is a member of the American Dietetic Association and is licensed in the state of Maryland.

"We were referred to Natalie by another couple that was incredibly enthusiastic about her and the results they were getting. We also went to her as a couple and she immediately provided value-added insights that we could put into practice. The best part is that she helped us figure out how to make choices that let us lose weight while still maintaining our lifestyle which includes trying to hit all the places in Tom Siestema’s Dining Guide, traveling, and generally enjoying food and drink. That said, there’s discipline involved and she made sure we were accountable to her and ourselves. It’s accountability in a way that is manageable for us though and does not require us to analyze the exact ingredients and their respective amounts in any specific dish. We love Natalie!"

"Natalie changed my relationship with food. Dieting has never been so easy! I found so many things to eat on the diet. For the first time I feel that I will be able to keep my weight off. So glad I was introduced to Natalie!"

"Sometimes you hire somebody who is so damn good at their job you just can't imagine not sharing with those you care about. I was fortunate enough to hire Natalie Rosenstock Eatedali to help with nutrition and she is amazing. She did not at all ask me to write this, and for my selfish sake I hope she doesn't book up so much that she won't have time for me, but if you feel like you're in a rut, give her a try. Her company is Nat Nutrition (natnutrition.com) and she's the real deal. You'll thank me later."

"The future is not something we wait for, it's something we create"

-Leonard Sweet

We are not passive victims to our health and wellbeing.  We can affect change and get what we want if we put the work in.  Nutrition is something we have control over, what are you waiting for?

Oftentimes people are able to make adjustments acutely, that rarely is the problem.  Being able to maintain new habits is the challenge, and it's also the key to success.
